Incredible: Kaduna's N11.7m school is in poor condition shortly after construction

 A controversy is brewing in the Chikun region of Kaduna state over the construction of a secondary school that fell into disrepair shortly after its completion. Many have the award of the contract and the subsequent construction of a block with four classrooms at the Government Junior Secondary School (GJSS), television, in the local government. Several people feel that the project is a misplaced priority and state that it was certainly not the immediate needs of school-age children in the beneficiary communities.  Information available on the website of the Kaduna State Agency for Public Procurement (KADPPA) showing that the construction of a block of four classrooms at GJSS Television, Chikun (SUBEB 2017) was contracted to M / S Salma Global Ventures for N11.724 million.  Details of the contractor were not given on On On the KADPPA website, there was also no signpost about the contractor on the project page, making it virtually impossible to reach the company for comme...
